This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 7 g/l, offers a perfect balance between freshness and roundness. Its blend combines 50% Chardonnay for finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and 10% Pinot Meunier for vinosity, integrating several vintages for remarkable consistency. Aged on lees, it gains in complexity and depth.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, floral aromas of mimosa and citrus mingle with notes of ripe white fruits such as pear and apple.
