Domaine de la Romanée Conti wines
Co-administered by the de Villaine and Roch families of Burgundy, the legendary Domaine de la Romanée Conti covers almost 25 hectares. Mainly made up of grands crus, the vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic principles. In the commune of Vosne Romanée, it owns parcels in the following grands crus: Romanée Saint Vivant, La Tache, Richebourg, Echézeaux and Grands Echézeaux, as well as the Romanée Conti monopole. Further south, in 2009, the domaine acquired parcels of Corton Clos du Roi, Renardes and Bressandes, which are just beginning to be marketed. Finally, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the domaine owns 0.67 ha of Montrachet, on which it produces a rare wine that is both elegant and powerful.
