Discover Leclerc Briant Brut Réserve, an emblematic cuvée from Maison Leclerc Briant, established in Épernay since 1872 and a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. This estate, taken over in 2012 by Mark Nunnelly and Denise Dupré, cultivates 14 hectares of vines in Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, favoring a respectful approach to nature for champagnes of rare authenticity.
This brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 4.5 g/l, offering a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Its harmonious blend is based on 40% Pinot Noir for structure, 40% Pinot Meunier for roundness and 20% Chardonnay for finesse, with part of the wine aged in oak barrels. Aged for a long time on lees, it reveals exceptional aromatic richness.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of green apple, citrus and brioche mingle with a saline touch. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lively freshness and a mineral finish, reminiscent of chalk and mocha. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies the elegance and biodynamic savoir-faire of Leclerc Briant.
