Discover Marie Courtin Résonance Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from the Marie Courtin estate in Polisot, in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. Founded by Dominique Moreau, who pays homage to her eponymous grandmother, this 2.5-hectare estate is cultivated biodynamically, sublimating a Kimmeridgian clay-limestone terroir for vibrant, pure champagnes.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by its minimal dosage, offering dazzling freshness and minerality. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it comes from a single parcel of 35- to 40-year-old vines, vinified in stainless steel tanks with spontaneous fermentation, then matured for 24 months on lees, revealing remarkable precision.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of green apple, red fruit and white flowers intertwine with a touch of chalk. On the palate, it reveals a lively texture, bright acidity and a saline finish, blending citrus and deep minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, Marie Courtin Résonance Extra Brut embodies the elegance and authenticity of an exceptional biodynamic champagne.
