The Pierre Overnoy estate, nestled in Pupillin in the Jura region, is a legend in natural winemaking, taken over in 1968 by Pierre Overnoy, a pioneer of sulphur-free wines. Since 2001, Emmanuel Houillon, his spiritual successor, has upheld this philosophy across 5.5 hectares under biodynamic practices. The Vin de Liqueur Lot 091023 cuvée, from the Jura Vin de Liqueur appellation, is a rare wine crafted from Chardonnay and Savagnin, fortified with grape marc before fermentation ends, then aged in barrels.
