Discover Hugues Godmé Grand Cru Brut Nature, a prestigious cuvée from a family estate in Verzenay, Montagne de Reims. For several generations, Hugues Godmé has cultivated 8 hectares of biodynamic vineyards on Grands Crus terroirs, notably Verzenay and Verzy, bringing out the richness of these limestone soils with exceptional craftsmanship.
This Brut Nature champagne is distinguished by its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), offering a pure, taut expression of terroir. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it is a blend of several vintages, partly vinified in oak barrels and aged for over 5 years on the lees, revealing remarkable depth and finesse.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with delicate bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with toasty notes and chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, saline freshness and a long finish, with hints of spice and dried fruit.
