For several generations, Hugues Godmé has cultivated 8 hectares of biodynamic vines, bringing out the best in the Grands Crus terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy to produce champagnes of rare purity and elegance.
This Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), revealing an authentic, uncompromising expression. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it is a blend of several vintages, partly vinified in oak barrels and aged for over 6 years on lees, giving it remarkable depth.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with notes of toast and chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers powerful structure, saline freshness and a long, spicy finish. Perfect with fish dishes or white meats, this champagne seduces with its complexity and assertive character.
