This Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), offering a frank and authentic expression of terroir. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is a blend of several vintages, partly vinified in oak barrels and aged on lees for over 5 years, giving it incomparable depth and elegance.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of lemon, green apple and white flowers mingle with chalky minerality. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, lively freshness and a saline finish, with hints of almond and citrus.
