Discover Mouzon Leroux L'Incandescent Rosé de Saignée Grand Cru Brut, a prestigious cuvée from Maison Mouzon-Leroux, established in Verzy on the Montagne de Reims since 1776. This family estate, certified biodynamic since 2008, cultivates 8 hectares of vines on Grands Crus terroirs, sublimating nature to offer exceptional champagnes.
This rosé de saignée Extra Brut is distinguished by a light dosage of 1.5 g/l, revealing remarkable freshness and purity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the 2017 vintage, it benefits from a 22-hour maceration and a blend vinified 25% in oak barrels and 75% in stainless steel vats, followed by 28 months' ageing on lees for added complexity.
To the eye, its luminous pink color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of raspberry, plum and orange peel intertwine with spicy notes of cinnamon. On the palate, it offers a vinous texture, an elegant phenolic structure and a lively finish, blending red fruit and minerality. Ideal with fish dishes or berry desserts, this champagne embodies the elegance and craftsmanship of Mouzon-Leroux.
