This Extra Brut champagne, with a minimum dosage of 1 g/l, embodies purity and elegance. The result of a solera begun in 2010, its blend is based on 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, combining 50% recent harvest (2017) and 50% reserve wines (2014-2016). Aged 40 months on lees, it gains in complexity and depth.

To the eye, its pale gold color reveals fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear, hazelnut, candied lemon and a hint of brioche mingle with chalky minerality.
