Champagne Régis Poissinet, nestled in the Marne Valley since 1947, is a family estate spanning 7 hectares, where Régis upholds a craft focused on terroir respect, certified organic and biodynamic. The Terre d’Irizée Extra Brut cuvée stands out with its light dosage of 2 g/l, highlighting the purity of grapes from clay-limestone soils. This harmonious blend combines 84% Pinot Meunier and 16% Chardonnay, incorporating multiple vintages, including 39% reserve wines, fermented in oak barrels and vats for added depth.
On tasting, this champagne presents a radiant straw-yellow hue and fine bubbles. The nose enchants with aromas of white peach, zesty citrus, and a hint of honey, while the palate reveals a silky, vibrant texture with a touch of salinity and a lingering finish reminiscent of passion fruit.
