Discover Françoise Bedel Dis Vin Secret, an exceptional cuvée from the Françoise Bedel estate in Crouttes-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Since 1979, this family-run business has cultivated 8.4 hectares biodynamically, sublimating a clay-limestone terroir to produce champagnes of rare richness and complexity.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 3.7 g/l, revealing incomparable purity and elegance. The blend is dominated by Pinot Meunier (80%) for its vinosity, complemented by 10% Chardonnay for finesse and 10% Pinot Noir for structure. Vinified mainly in enamelled vats with a touch of oak, and aged on lees for 5 years, it reveals a unique depth.
To the eye, its intense gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of stewed white fruit, such as pear and apple, mingle with notes of dried fruit and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it offers an ample texture, marked vinosity and a lingering finish, evoking honey and sweet spices. Perfect with roast poultry or exotic dishes, this champagne embodies the gastronomic elegance of Françoise Bedel.
