Since 1947, this estate has been perpetuating traditional know-how, cultivating 8 hectares of Premier Cru vines to produce champagnes of rare elegance.
This Extra Brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 3.8 g/l, revealing incomparable purity and freshness. Its balanced blend combines 53% Pinot Meunier for roundness, 24% Pinot Noir for structure and 23% Chardonnay for finesse. Aged 2 to 3 years on lees, it develops remarkable aromatic complexity.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white fruits such as apple and pear mingle with floral notes and a hint of menthol. On the palate, it offers a clean attack, a silky texture and a mineral finish, enhanced by hints of citrus and hazelnut. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies the authenticity and nobility of Premiers Crus.
