Order preparation time
Once your payment has been validated, we prepare your order and make it available to you within 48 to 72 working hours.
A confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for collection will be sent to you as soon as it is prepared.
E.g. An order validated and paid on a Monday at 4 pm is generally available by Thursday of the same week from 4 pm.
An order validated and paid on a Saturday at 11 am will be available by Thursday of the same week from 11 am.
This preparation time can be reduced upon prior request submitted to our customer service.
No collection fees
Order preparation fees are waived for all orders collected by you in person.

Hours: Monday to Thursday inclusive, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Parking is easy. Collecting an order generally takes only 5 to 10 minutes.
Tax refund for residents outside the European Union taking possession of their order in France only
A tax refund form can be provided upon simple request for any order with a minimum value of €500.
IMPORTANT
Presentation of your identity document is mandatory when collecting your order.
A minimum order of €200 is also required to place an order for collection.
You have 30 days to collect your order. Beyond this period, storage fees will be applied in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
