Delivery of your order

You would like your order to be delivered.

Carriers

The express carriers we usually use are:
- CHRONOPOST for orders delivered in metropolitan France,
- our COURIER for certain scheduled deliveries in Paris or the immediate suburbs,
- DHL or CHRONOPOST/DPD or FEDEX for other countries.

Delivery Times

Once your payment has been validated, we require 48 to 72 business hours to prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier in charge of your delivery.

Depending on your destination, the carrier will then deliver within:
- France and most neighboring countries: 1 to 2 additional business days, i.e. a total of approximately 4 to 6 business days after payment.
- For other countries: 2 to 5 additional business days, i.e. a total of 4 to 8 business days after payment.

These timescales may be delayed in the event of force majeure or exceptional traffic conditions. E.g.: transport network overload, strikes, weather conditions, etc.

Shipping Costs

They include:
- a secure polystyrene packaging (except for deliveries made by our dedicated courier),
- the preparation of your order,
- the transport costs themselves.

These costs are calculated as accurately as possible. They vary depending on the number of bottles in your order and the delivery location you have chosen. The exact amount appears and adjusts automatically in your cart when you select your delivery location.

- Insurance in addition (see following paragraph)
- Shipments to countries not members of the European Union are not subject to French VAT (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, USA, Australia, etc.).
- Any customs duties and taxes applicable to wine for any delivery outside the European Union are not included and remain your responsibility. They are generally payable directly to the carrier upon arrival of your order at your delivery location. Please refer to the customs regulations of your delivery country.

Special Cases for Remote Territories

Deliveries to high mountain areas, isolated territories or islands may incur additional shipping costs as well as extended standard delivery times.

Mandatory Insurance Fees

Despite the great care we take in the secure packaging (polystyrene) of your order, and even though transport incidents on our shipments are very rare, we systematically include insurance with every shipment. Its amount is equivalent to 1% of the value of the wines ordered (complimentary if your delivery is also complimentary).

This covers you in the event of damage or loss (partial or total) of your order by the carrier in charge of your delivery, on the strict condition that you have reported the incident noted on the delivery note presented by the driver handing you your order.
