David Léclapart is a passionate winegrower who decided to take over the family estate following his father's passing in 1996, and to be among the first in Champagne to practise biodynamics. The David Leclapart estate was certified DEMETER as early as 1998. A pioneer of nature-respectful viticulture, David, supported by his wife Carole and his son Martin, transforms these 3 hectares of vines — predominantly Chardonnay, complemented by a hint of Pinot Noir — into undosed champagnes, vibrant with energy and minerality.
