The Triennes IGP Méditerranée 2023 Rosé is a signature cuvée from Domaine de Triennes, located in Provence. Founded in 1989 by two renowned Burgundian winemakers, Jacques Seysses (Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (Domaine de la Romanée-Conti), the estate focuses on crafting refined wines while respecting the Mediterranean terroir.
This rosé is made from a blend of predominantly Cinsault, complemented by Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot. This carefully balanced combination results in a refreshing and vibrant wine, perfect for sunny days.
In the glass, it displays a pale hue with delicate salmon reflections. The nose is expressive and refined, revealing aromas of red berries, citrus, and white flowers, with a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and well-balanced, with a beautiful tension and a fresh, lingering finish.
