Although they claim no organic certification, they are deeply committed to vineyard work and opposed to the use of herbicides. On three hectares, they produce outstanding Jurançon, both dry and sweet, from the Petit Manseng grape. What impresses most about the latter cuvée, Les Jardins de Babylone, is its balance. Thanks to its lively acidity, the wine feels off-dry even though it can easily approach 80 grams of residual sugar per liter: a remarkable feat of integration!
