Since 1982, Hervé Arlaud and his children have been running a family estate founded in 1949 in Morey Saint Denis, nestled on the finest terroirs of the Côte de Nuits: several Morey Saint Denis 1er cru, Charmes Chambertin, Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Bonnes Mares… the estate is certainly not lacking when it comes to grand crus! In addition to the quality of these soils, considerable effort is invested in the vineyard: certified in biodynamics (since 2009), the estate applies meticulous work in pursuit of naturalness, with — among other things — horse ploughing and highly selective harvesting… No oenological additives are used in order to preserve the authenticity of the vine: here it is the quality of the grape that takes centre stage. This rigour is equally found in the cellar, where the wines are aged with finesse for up to 18 months, before bottling without fining or filtration. The result of so much work: exceptional Burgundy wines! A remarkable purity combining charm and elegance, from the "Bourgogne Roncevie" cuvée to the sublime Clos Saint Denis vinified from a partially destemmed harvest. Domaine Arlaud produces the following cuvées:

• Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits (Chardonnay) and Bourgogne Roncevie.
• Gevrey Chambertin and Gevrey 1^er cru « Aux Combottes ».
• Morey Saint Denis and several Morey Saint Denis 1^er cru: Les Milandes, Aux Cheseaux, Les Blanchards, Les Ruchots.
• Chambolle Musigny and several Chambolle Musigny 1^er cru: Les Sentiers, Les Noirots, Les Chatelots.
• And finally several grand crus: Clos de la Roche Grand Cru, Clos Saint Denis Grand Cru, Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru and Bonnes Mares Grand Cru.
