It is recommended to store them at a stable temperature between 12 and 15°C, away from light and humidity, in a suitable cellar or wine storage room. Before serving, decanting for one to two hours will allow the aromas to fully open up. These wines pair perfectly with grilled red meats, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based dishes, whose aromatic depth they beautifully enhance.
