Does Domaine Vincent Dauvissat practice organic or biodynamic viticulture?
Since 2002, the Domaine Vincent Dauvissat has practiced biodynamic farming, using natural preparations to strengthen the vitality of the vines, without ever seeking official certification. Yields remain modest and the minimally interventionist winemaking is carried out in oak barrels, in total respect of the Chablis terroir. This approach gives rise to wines of great purity and a particularly authentic expression.
