Vins & Millésimes on the podium at the latest Master's Europe!
Didier Frayssou, head of purchasing and managing director of the company, swept the board at the latest Master's Europe wine tasting competition organized by the Revue des Vins de France (RVF). The big winner of the day, it was nonetheless a close call for this seasoned championship regular: it was on the 12ème wine tasted that he ultimately prevailed in the final against Walter Labouyrie.
A magnificent competition set against the stunning backdrop of Maison Devaux in Bar-sur-Seine, during which the 31 competitors tasted 7 wines blind (including 3 international wines) before facing each other on the last 5 in a direct elimination round. Next stop in Bergerac on 17 September for the Coupe de France… Wines tasted:
