Champagne Emmanuel Brochet Rosé d’Assemblage - Base 2023 (Premier Cru Extra Brut) comes from the chalky soils of Villers-aux-Nœuds. A blend of organic Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it offers a fresh, mineral palate after 11 months in barrels. Perfect with shellfish or light cuisine.
A family estate rooted in the Montagne de Reims, where time shapes champagnes of rare authenticity.
- Terroir : Chalky soils of Villers-aux-Nœuds, in the Champagne Premier Cru appellation, from which Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir draw their minerality.
- Winemaking : Artisanal methods, barrel aging on lees and scrupulous respect for the living environment produce cuvées of remarkable precision.
Tasting notes for Emmanuel Brochet Rosé d’Assemblage
In the glass – A rosé color with copper highlights, silky and luminous, like dusk over the slopes of the Montagne de Reims.
On the nose – First, notes of wild strawberry and red currant, followed by a touch of orange blossom, then deeper morello cherry, all lifted by subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A lively, precise opening where vibrant fruit meets chalky minerality, followed by a long, elegant finish driven by well-balanced acidity.
Serve at 8 to 10 °C in a champagne flute to preserve its freshness and effervescence.
2023 vintage
A vintage shaped by balanced weather conditions, when grape freshness and ripeness allowed the full purity of the terroir to emerge.
- Aging potential : Enjoy now for its vibrant fruit, or keep for 3 to 5 years in a cool cellar away from light.
