A family estate rooted in Villers-aux-Nœuds, where respect for Champagne’s terroir guides every step.
- Terroir: 2.5 hectares of Premier Cru vines, including the emblematic Le Mont Benoit plot – chalky soils and ideal exposure for wines with vibrant minerality.
- Winemaking: Low-intervention methods, spontaneous fermentations and barrel aging produce champagnes of expressive purity.

On the nose: Aromas of crisp green apple, acacia blossom, fresh hazelnut and toast, lifted by a saline touch characteristic of the chalky soils of Villers-aux-Nœuds.
On the palate: A lively, precise opening, driven by taut acidity and chalky minerality, leads to a long, saline finish with notes of candied citrus and brioche.
