Appearance: A deep red hue with violet highlights, dense and luminous in texture.
Nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and ripe blackcurrant, followed by a touch of licorice and smoky notes, lifted by subtle chalky minerality.
Palate: Silky and concentrated, with lively acidity and mineral tension leading to a long, saline finish.
Serve at 17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
