Bergerie de L'Arcade 2022, a red from Domaine de la Bergerie de l'Arcade, comes from the clay-limestone slopes of Pouzols. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, this barrel-aged wine offers notes of black fruit and garrigue. Silky and mineral on the palate, it stands out for its freshness and lingering finish. Perfect with grilled dishes.

In the glass: Deep purple with garnet highlights, dense and silky.
On the nose: Wild blackberry and black cherry aromas emerge first, followed by dried thyme, mild pepper and a saline touch reminiscent of Mediterranean sea spray.
On the palate: A fleshy yet taut texture, with lively acidity and chalky minerality balancing the richness of black fruit, leads to a long, elegant finish carried by sweet spices.
Serve at 16–17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its full complexity.
