In the glass – A deep red color with garnet highlights, dense and luminous, revealing a silky richness at first glance.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry intertwine with notes of thyme and rosemary, underscored by a mineral hint.
On the palate – Velvety texture, fine tannins and lively acidity balance chalky minerality, leaving a long, saline finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
