Grand-Puy Lacoste practises sustainable viticulture with great conviction: over twenty years, treatments have been reduced by half. No insecticides have been used over the past ten years, and wildlife has reclaimed its place. Soil work has always been exclusively mechanical: ploughing, no herbicides, double Guyot pruning.
