The Meursault cuvées, whether villages or premier crus, are recognised for their ability to evolve gracefully over the years, thanks to their structuring acidity and mineral backbone. Jean-Marc Roulot cultivates a precise and chiselled style, favouring elegance and tension over immediate richness, which gives his wines one of the most solid ageing capacities in the Meursault appellation. Generally allow between 8 and 20 years of cellaring for the premier crus in great vintages.
