What are the Plénitudes of Dom Pérignon Champagne and how do they differ from one another?
The Plénitudes (P1, P2, P3) are a concept unique to Dom Pérignon, developed to express the different stages of maturity of a single vintage over time. This concept aims to offer champagnes that have reached particular stages of their maturation, in order to follow their evolution throughout their ageing process. Concretely, the same vintage is tasted at three distinct moments in its life, each time offering a different aromatic profile: livelier and more taut in P1, broader and deeper in P2, and of an almost meditative complexity in P3.
