What are the different cuvées produced by Clos Rougeard?
The estate produces a deliberately limited number of cuvées, each linked to a specific plot. Le Clos is the result of blending several plots and offers an accessible yet very precise reading of the estate's style. Les Poyeux stands out for its delicacy, its floral aromas and its silky mouthfeel. Le Bourg, from very old vines, is undoubtedly the most iconic cuvée: powerful, structured and built for ageing. Brézé, in white, reveals the full nobility of Chenin Blanc with a pronounced minerality and remarkable complexity.
