This family-run business, cultivating 6.5 hectares biodynamically, has been perpetuating ancestral know-how since the 17th century, bringing out the best in Premier Cru terroirs for champagnes of rare purity.
This Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut is distinguished by its minimal dosage of 2 g/l, revealing incomparable freshness and authenticity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from old Vrigny vines on sandy, limestone soils, it is aged for 5 years on lees, developing a unique depth and elegance.
To the eye, its deep gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry, combined with floral notes of acacia and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture, fine vinosity and a lively finish, marked by nuances of dried fruit and chalk. Ideal as an aperitif or with white meat, this champagne embodies the power and finesse of Pinot Noir.
