Made entirely from Pinot Blanc, Champagne Fleury Notes Blanches Brut Nature 2018 expresses the Kimmeridgian soils of the Côte des Bar. Barrel-aged and made without dosage, this Brut Nature offers white-fruit aromas and a saline touch. Lively and silky on the palate, it is ideal with oysters and can be enjoyed through 2030.

Tasting notes for Champagne Fleury Notes Blanches Brut Nature 2018
Appearance – Pale gold color with green highlights, silky clarity and fine, persistent effervescence.
Nose – Aromas of fresh Williams pear, hawthorn blossom and lime zest, lifted by a saline touch and chalky minerality.
Palate – A full, velvety texture, carried by lively acidity and elegant salinity, leads to a long, mineral finish with a taut purity.
Serve at 8–10 °C in a tall flute or white-wine glass to bring out its full complexity.

A vintage marked by early ripeness and concentrated fruit, balanced by the mineral freshness characteristic of Kimmeridgian soils.
- Aging potential: 8 to 10 years; store in a cool cellar (12–14 °C), away from light.
