Maison Verget SA wines: buy at the best price

Buoyed by the success of the wines from his Burgundian estate in the Mâconnais, Jean Marie Guffens Heynen created a négociant business in the early 1990s: Maison Verget. He markets Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon and Saint-Véran wines that he and his team have vinified. He has also extended his activity to the Côte d'Or (Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet) as well as to Chablis. He does likewise in the Vaucluse with wines made from Chardonnay, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier for the whites and Syrah for the reds. He draws inspiration from what he does at his other property in Apt, Château des Tourettes, but with single-varietal wines.
