The work in the vineyard is reconsidered in sustainable cultivation. Yields are low (30 to 40 hl/hectare) and harvests are manual. The entire estate is organic. Fermentation occurs using indigenous yeasts and certain cuvées such as Côme Autrefois Le Mourvèdre is without added sulfur. The style of the wines is quite oaky and sometimes marked by a Bordeaux influence. With 35,000 bottles per year, Domaine Scamandre Renouard shows that it is capable of producing wines of the highest level and competing with the greatest. There are several range levels: Scamandre grande réserve in white and red, Scamandre in Costières de Nîmes appellation is a blend of Carignan, Syrah whose nose is wild and the palate is both powerful, lively with good acidity and the finish is spicy, Côme autrefois in Pure Carignan and Pure Mourvèdre and excellent value-for-money cuvées are also produced in the les terrasses d'Hortense range in red, rosé, white. It should be noted that Domaine Scamandre offers for sale old vintages such as Scamandre 2009, Scamandre 2012 which demonstrate the estate's aging potential.
