In 2005, Diane took over the estate with her husband. Seeking to develop it further, they began converting it to organic and biodynamic farming. They obtained Biodyvin certification in 2012. They strive to produce Fronton wines that are both approachable and elegant. Today, the vineyard covers around 15 hectares in the Fronton appellation: 13 hectares of red varieties (Négrette, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, Malbec (Côt) and Cabernet Sauvignon) and two hectares of white varieties (Bouysselet, Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc). Château La Colombière produces around 60,000 bottles a year and offers a diverse range. Among the whites, the Grand B cuvée offers notes of curry and fresh herbs. Among the reds, the Fronton Réserve cuvée is easy-drinking, with floral and red-fruit aromas, lovely freshness on the palate and a peppery finish. The La Colombière Vinum cuvée is richly appealing and offers immediate pleasure, while the red Coste cuvée, made entirely from Négrette grown on gravelly soils with red clay, is both fruity and profound.
