Olivia and Didier Le Calvez have been at the helm of this château since 2010. Having fallen truly in love with a wine estate combining an ideal terroir and climate with a perfect grape variety composition: 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. For them, everything came together to create the wine they had envisioned: subtle and rich in fragrance! Château Clarisse, named after their daughter, was thus born with the release of their first vintage in 2010. They have been cultivating their vineyard organically since 2019 and offer different cuvées: Puisseguin Saint-Émilion and Puisseguin Saint-Émilion Vieilles Vignes, blending Merlot and Cabernet Franc to perfection with great subtlety, as well as Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, 100% Merlot.
