The wines from Domaine Didier Dagueneau deserve special attention both in the cellar and at the table. It is advisable to keep them at a stable temperature of around 12 °C, away from light and humidity. Although they can be enjoyed upon release, like all great bottles, they benefit from extended ageing, generally 5 to 10 years to reach their peak, and can easily be kept for 15 to 20 years or more. When serving, it is preferable to serve them between 10 and 12 °C in a large white wine glass, after a brief decanting to release the aromas of flint, white flowers and citrus.
