Domaine d'Auvenay vinifies mainly grand crus and premiers crus from the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Among the most emblematic white appellations are the Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, the Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, and an anthology-worthy Meursault Charmes Premier Cru. On the red side, the domaine produces notably Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru and Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru.
