The Stéphane Bernaudeau estate offers several single-vineyard cuvées made from chenin blanc. Les Nourrissons is the flagship cuvée, sourced from a plot of less than 1 hectare planted in 1910 on a clay-schist plateau. Les Onglés comes from a 2-hectare plot of thirty-year-old vines on schist and limestone, with a south-west exposure. A third cuvée, Les Coqueries, was born in 2019 and completes this exclusive range. These three wines are sought after by lovers of terroir-driven chenins with a strong personality.
