Tasting notes for Domaine Maxime Magnon Corbières Campagnès 2020
In the glass – Deep ruby with violet highlights, dense and silky, suggesting a generous body.
On the nose – Wild blackberry and black cherry aromas lifted by thyme and rosemary, followed by a saline touch evocative of Mediterranean winds.
On the palate – A velvety texture, with lively acidity and chalky minerality, fine tannins and a long, slightly saline finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its aromas.

The 2020 vintage expresses a deep, fleshy and balanced wine, with a saline finish that reveals its complexity.
