The Cristal Roederer 2004 Magnum, from the Champagne Grands Crus, blends Pinot Noir (55%) and Chardonnay (45%). Notes of white fruits and citrus, lively minerality, aged in barrels. Creamy and fresh palate, perfect harmony. To enjoy until 2030 with oysters or turbot.

Tasting notes for Louis Roederer Cristal 2004 Magnum
In the glass – A pale yellow robe with golden highlights, of crystalline clarity, where a fine and persistent effervescence dances like a shower of bubbles on a mirror.
On the nose – First fresh aromas of Williams pear and lime, then a touch of orange blossom, before opening up to notes of toasted brioche and a saline minerality, evoking the chalks of the Côte des Blancs.
On the palate – A silky and generous texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky tension, where candied yellow fruits mingle with a long, harmonious, saline finish.
Serve at 10°C in a slender flute to preserve the purity of its aromas.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness and preserved freshness, offering Cristal an ideal structure for ageing.
- Ageing potential: 15 to 20 years under optimal conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
