This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 7.8 g/l, offers a perfect balance between richness and elegance. Its blend combines 50% Pinot Meunier for roundness and 50% Pinot Noir for power, made from grapes grown on the Premier Cru terroirs of Trois-Puits and Rilly-la-Montagne. Aged for 3 years on lees, it develops depth and aromatic complexity.

To the eye, its yellow color with amber highlights reveals generous bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white fruit and brioche meringue dominate, followed by notes of violet and light tobacco. On the palate, it seduces with its luscious roundness, revealing yellow fruit flavors such as peach and mango, with a vanilla and cookie finish.
