A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where four generations of winegrowers cultivate the highest standards of terroir.
- Terroir: Chalky soils of Chouilly, Grand Cru of Champagne, steep slopes shaping Chardonnays of a rare minerality.
- Vinification: Parcel-by-parcel approach, indigenous yeasts and artisanal production for cuvées of a taut purity.

In the glass: Pale golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and a fine, persistent effervescence.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by a hint of toasted brioche and a saline note reminiscent of sun-warmed flint.
On the palate: Chalky and vibrant texture, carried by a precise acidity and a saline minerality that extends into a long, elegant finish.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C in a narrow Champagne flute to preserve its tension and aromas.
