This brut nature champagne, with no dosage (0 g/l), expresses rare purity and intensity. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from a single plot, it is vinified in oak barrels and aged on lees, revealing the depth and freshness characteristic of the 2016 vintage.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with floral notes and a mineral touch of flint. On the palate, it offers a vinous texture, lively acidity and a saline finish, evoking candied lemon and sweet spices.
