The wines follow a reasoned farming approach with long ageing in large oak casks (foudres). The harvests are done by hand. The estate produces approximately 80,000 bottles per year. Among the wines produced, in white, the Altesse, Roussette de Savoie Marestel is the Fine Wine of the estate, with a remarkable ageing potential of between 30 and 40 years, revealing a lovely diversity of aromas while retaining a beautiful freshness. In red, the Savoie Pinot Noir cuvée is beautifully crafted. Rather easy to drink and refreshing, it displays a lovely vitality and a persistent acidity on the palate.
