The wines are grown using sustainable practices and aged for extended periods in large oak casks. Harvesting is done by hand. The estate produces around 80,000 bottles a year. Among its white wines, the Altesse, Roussette de Savoie Marestel, is the estate’s fine wine, with the potential to age for 30 to 40 years, developing a lovely range of aromas while retaining its freshness.
