David and Véronique Dupasquier represent the fifth generation of winemakers of this family estate of approximately 15 hectares of vines located to the west of Savoie, not far from the village of Jongieux. The vineyard, with a south-west exposure, is planted on hillsides that are in some cases not mechanisable. Just over 6 hectares of vines are cultivated for red wines with gamay noir à jus blanc, mondeuse noire and pinot noir. For whites, there are almost 9 hectares of vines: altesse, chardonnay, jacquère and mondeuse blanche.

The wines follow a reasoned cultivation method with long aging in large oak barrels. The harvests are manual. The estate produces approximately 80,000 bottles per year. Among the wines produced, in white, the Altesse, Roussette de Savoie Marestel is the fine wine of the estate, with a great aging potential of between 30 and 40 years to reveal a lovely diversity of aromas while retaining a beautiful freshness. In red, the Savoie pinot noir cuvée is beautifully crafted. Rather easy to digest and thirst-quenching, it presents a beautiful tonicity and a persistent acidity on the palate.
