The Domaine d'Auvenay Meursault Les Narvaux 2003, from the clay-limestone hillsides of Meursault, is a remarkably precise Chardonnay. Carefully aged, it reveals notes of hazelnut and chalky minerality. On the palate, tension and silkiness balance each other for a saline finish. Perfect for 10 to 25 years of cellaring, it pairs beautifully with noble fish and aged cheeses.
Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, this exceptional estate embodies the rare alliance between family tradition and organic rigor.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where the Chardonnays draw their chalky minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: Biodynamic methods, ultra-controlled yields and barrel aging for cuvées of unmatched precision.
