The Meursault Clos de la Barre 2023 Magnum, born on the clay-limestone soils of Meursault, is a Chardonnay of great finesse. Aged in old barrels, it captivates with its aromas of honeysuckle and lemon, carried by a chalky minerality. Its palate, lively and silky, concludes with a saline finish. To enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 8 years, it pairs ideally with seafood.
A family estate rooted in the heart of Meursault, where the demands of the terroir and biodynamic tradition have been passed down since 1869.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where Chardonnay draws its chalky minerality and elegance.
- Winemaking: Aging in old barrels, preserving the purity of the fruit and the natural tension of the wine.
