Domaine des Comtes Lafon
A pillar of Burgundy since the 19th century, this family estate embodies the demands of a terroir and the transmission of artisanal expertise.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where Pinot Noir flourishes in an expression that is both precise and delicate, particularly in the Premiers Crus of Volnay.
- Vinification: Aging in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and a pursuit of understated elegance, without artifice.

To the eye: Ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky clarity and a chalky density that heralds a refined substance.
On the nose: Aromas of Morello cherry and fresh raspberry intertwine with notes of dried rose petals, then give way to a mineral hint of graphite and a saline touch reminiscent of damp undergrowth.
On the palate: Velvety and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity that underlines the purity of the fruit, while a discreet minerality extends the finish into an elegant persistence.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
