The Arnaud Ente Meursault Vieilles Vignes 2000, from the clay-limestone soils of Meursault, is an old-vine Chardonnay with aromas of white fruit and toasted almonds. Aged in barrels, it combines silkiness with a saline minerality. Perfect with lobster or to cellar for greater complexity.

To the eye: a golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, toasted hazelnut and a saline touch, underpinned by a chalky minerality.
On the palate: a lively and precise attack, an unctuous yet taut texture, a long and saline finish marked by a beautiful mineral tension.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy glass to enhance its nuances.
